黑椒蟹的做法
[size=4]1、蟹两只,剥背壳,去鳃肠,洗净,切块。
2、将蟹块拍生粉(背壳除外),入热油中炸至7成熟待用。
3、锅内另加油,爆香姜片、洋葱、青椒,加入大半碗水、盐、黑胡椒碎,倒入蟹块和背壳,焖熟,盛出摆盘,即可。[/size]
